Requirements

  • Current Valid Driver's License and safe driving history

  • Willingness to travel every day to and from customer site in all-weather elements, driving a company vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Manage time and deadlines for new installs to ensure everything is executed prior to kick off.
  • Access and identify business needs and review analysis to determine customer requirements, determine the impact of products/services on customer.
  • Use information technology to determine product placement, stock levels with overall customer needs to maximize market growth.
  • Analyze market reporting tools to minimize outs and spoils within each market while keeping the right mix of products available to meet our customer’s needs.
  • Work alongside Route Managers and Delivery Drivers each day to provide product guidance and review/implement recommended adjustments.
  • Assist to coordinate the daily Schedules, Customers and Route Associates
  • Work to understand the customers’ business and align account strategies to customer goals
  • Accountability for individual success within a team environment
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are being met
  • Respond to customer complaints by working with our account managers to understand root cause and corrective actions needed to make sure our customers are taken care of.
  • Create and implement merchandise markets, display plans, and assist with promotions.
