About The Position

As a Guest Service Associate, you are the face of the brand—creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience for every guest who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest service while supporting package and product sales. You play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive team environment that reflects a culture of confidence, care, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

  • Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred
  • Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the organization’s values and standards.
  • Warmly stand and genuinely greet every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
  • Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, manage the reservation book, and address guest inquiries.
  • Educate every guest on package savings programs, products, overall experience, and promotional offerings.
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of service frequency and product usage.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals while actively contributing to broader performance targets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product and service offerings.
  • Recommend and promote appropriate skincare products and service packages.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
  • Uphold brand values, standards, and model the guest experience expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
  • Support the team in opening/closing procedures and other administrative tasks.
  • Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS systems.
