About The Position

Job Purpose Successfully grow current and new customer sales utilizing Company's comprehensive capabilities across our In-Store network. The Retail selling organization closes sales with retailers most commonly with multi-year contracts including services such as merchandising, at shelf which includes coupon machines, banners, displays, and digital. Services can be product and/or category specific.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering results through the closing of sales in the advertising landscape.
  • Must be able to understand what generates a profitable sale within our company and prioritize accordingly the pursuit of these accounts.
  • Has consistently achieved or exceeded profitable sales goals selling business to business.
  • Passionate and driven by new business development and account growth potential.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow through with clients.
  • Success in building strong relationships with senior level decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop tailored solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically build upon current and new relationships in order to close profitable business sales.
  • Explore profitable sales opportunities in new business channels.
  • Assumes responsibility for the growth, management, and retention of a book of business, and for ensuring performance is aligned with overall company goals and profitability needs
  • Develop customer specific objectives in support of Company’s strategic plan for the business
  • Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objective and how Company capabilities can help potential customers to achieve their goals.
  • Create client-centric campaign options utilizing the Company capabilities and resources to address client needs.
  • Engage with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to both uncover business driving opportunities and elevate client proposals.
  • Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting of lead development to management.
