About The Position

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Retail Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a high-traffic shopping center. Requirements

Prior supervisory experience in security, retail security, or high-traffic environments (required)
Strong understanding of loss prevention, access control, and incident response protocols
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to lead teams while maintaining professionalism in public-facing situations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting
Physically capable of conducting foot patrols, including walking and stair use throughout the shift

Responsibilities

Supervise daily security operations to ensure public safety, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance
Monitor high-traffic areas and respond quickly to disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity
Support loss prevention efforts and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary
Conduct routine patrols and property inspections
Prepare detailed incident and activity reports
Provide a visible, professional presence while delivering exceptional customer service to shoppers and tenants
Train and mentor security staff to maintain service and safety standards
