About The Position

The full-time Retail Showroom and Sales Manager at Hitched is responsible for the overall success of the showroom and for ensuring that customers receive the excellent in-store shopping experience and customer service that the Hitched brand is known for. The role focuses on engagement ring sales, managing a team of jewelry sales associates, aiding upper management with driving appointments and maximizing revenue, and forming strategic local partnerships.

Requirements

  • A passionate advocate of the Hitched brand
  • Experienced in sales, customer service and retail management
  • Experienced in resolving unsatisfied customer issues or misunderstandings
  • Experienced in face-to-face, phone, and email communication etiquette
  • Experienced with Google Suite and comfortable with learning new software
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of improving sales figures and other KPIs
  • Knowledgeable of community events and other local happenings
  • Someone who can work independently and bring new ideas to the table
  • Available to work evenings and weekends on a full-time basis
  • Willing to go above and beyond to ensure goals are met

Responsibilities

  • Hire and train showroom staff
  • Manage team scheduling and maximize productivity
  • Manage team expenses and showroom budget
  • Meet directly with engagement customers and other high-end clientele
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs outlined by upper management
  • CRM management, pipeline management, and deal forecasting
  • Assist the operations team with order and inventory management
  • Create sales orders and complete cost of goods reporting
  • Generally, showcase a strong understanding of business fundamentals
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized showroom floor and storage room
  • Show leadership ability and capacity for growth beyond the showroom manager role
  • Perform other internal and showroom duties as needed
