About The Position
The Retail Shop at Swiss Valley is a full-service ski and snowboard shop, offering all equipment, clothing and accessories needed for a fun day on the snow. Retail Shop Attendants assist our guests in selecting the gear best suited to make their day on the snow the best it can be. Retail sales experience and skiing/snowboarding knowledge is desired. The Swiss Valley staff works as a team, so you may also assist other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old by 11/1/2025 to apply.
- All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and assist them in finding products.
- Sales: Process payments and help customers make purchase decisions.
- Inventory management: Restock and organize products, and notify manager of inventory shortages.
- Visual merchandising: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, and implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Shop upkeep: Perform tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and emptying trash as needed.
