Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in retail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree or completion of related retail management course work preferred
- Previous experience in retail, fast food or warehouse environments
- Previous military or nonprofit experience
- Bilingual language skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise store personnel
- Open the store
- Be the keyholder/supervisor on duty
- Help train and coach the store associates
- Model how to greet and assist our donors/customers
- Help address complaints/challenges from the team
- Keep an eye on the stores overall appearance/cleanliness
- Transfer to other stores
