About The Position
The position starts at $17.00 with annual merit increases and production bonuses. All team members are eligible for a variety of career development and skill training classes at no cost and can enjoy a generous team member discount. The role assists the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the management, leadership, and operations of a retail store and donation center by performing various duties.
