About The Position
As a Retail Shift Leader at Cracker Barrel, you will work closely with your Retail Manager to keep things running smoothly on the floor and in the stock room. In this hands-on role, you will focus on motivating your team to drive sales while still delivering the fun shopping experience our guests expect. By stepping into a Shift Leader role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and style while surrounded by support from your Retail Manager and District Manager.
