About The Position
The Retail Shift Leader assists the store leadership with the day-to-day store operations and overall performance to meet or exceed budget while operating in compliance with company standards. This role requires demonstrating an enthusiastic, winning attitude at all times and acting courteously with interest in each encounter with guests. The Retail Shift Leader contributes to the mission of Goodwill by providing amazing customer service to guests and upholding a positive work environment that reflects the core values of Teamwork, Respect, Uprightness, and Empowerment.
