The Retail Shift Leader I is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing donations, managing merchandise, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role involves utilizing a point-of-sale system, accurately recording data, and exceeding production goals. The Shift Leader also plays a key role in training and coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. They lead retail team and store activities in the absence of the Retail Store Manager or Retail Assistant Store Manager, performing administrative and clerical duties such as opening/closing procedures, making bank deposits, and securing the building.
