This position is for a Retail Service Team Member responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandise processing, and maintaining store recovery standards. Team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves merchandise recovery, store maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Interaction with others in a positive and respectful manner is expected, and cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is required.
