About The Position
The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a team member for their store in St. Cloud, MN. The position involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role also includes engaging customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
