About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Ability to work overtime including Saturdays.
• Experience with Microsoft Office basics.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Ability to travel locally when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interface with AAA members to fulfill requests such as taking passport photos, planning road trips, distributing maps and tour books, and cashiering duties.
• Meet individual and team cross-selling and upselling goals through training on AAA products and services.
• Participate in the incentive program based on team and individual performance.
