As our Retail, Service, & Assembly Supervisor, your responsibility will be to oversee our Santa Barbara store, including our awesome team of Retail Specialists, Ebike Mechanics, and Ebike Assemblers. Our Retail store is an incredibly dynamic environment that is constantly evolving as we grow. We are seeking a tenacious, goal-oriented, and organized team leader who is not afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty as needed. Come help Rad Power Bikes get people riding! Weekend availability will be required as our schedule is subject to change. The salary for this role is $66,560 per Year; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
