About The Position

In this role, you are the first point of contact for our clients! In addition
to welcoming our clients, you will strengthen relationships with our world-class
client service model. You will deliver a full conversation with every
interaction to identify appropriate financial solutions. Leverage internal
partnerships to acquire, expand and retain client base.

Note: As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to
meet the requirements of a background credit check. This position requires
compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related
regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such
requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to use a PC and alpha/numeric keyboard
• Flexible work week schedule, which may include Saturdays
• NMLS registry required
• Proven sales skills
• Good analytical skills
• Developed customer service skills, including written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash-handling experience preferred
• Minimum of 24 months of sales and/or banking experience preferred
• Life License (LB) preferred

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Engagement: Acquire and deepen the branch client base through proactive service and sales activities, including needs assessments and tailored financial solutions.
• Advice and Guidance: Drive solutions-based conversations to meet clients' financial needs, enhancing loyalty through various interactions. Offer advice on digital and self-serve banking options to simplify and expedite transactions.
• Risk Management and Operations: Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as needed.
