Yellowstone Retail is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate employees to provide unforgettable guest service to our visitors in our retail shops. We operate and maintain eleven retail outlets throughout the park. We don't sell souvenirs, we sell memories! Job Summary: This role focuses on leading a training team to enhance guest service and achieve retail goals through engaging training programs that reflect Legendary Hospitality. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing content, coaching managers, and facilitating sessions, while ensuring consistency and motivating a diverse team through organizational changes.
