About The Position
Fabletics Retail is currently seeking a driven and passionate Seasonal Store Associate for our Flatiron location in New York, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class retail store experience. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, you will facilitate a seamless shopping experience for our customers, bridging the gap between our website and retail stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of personable associates to help our customers live their passion for fitness and active lifestyles. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public. You will join a tight-knit group of contributors who are focused on achieving aggressive goals and meeting timelines to drive the business forward. As a Seasonal Store Associate, you will embody our culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion. You will actively engage customers in meaningful ways, sharing knowledge about our products' fabrics, features, fit, and function. Your role will also involve driving customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects. You will communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain merchandising guidelines that facilitate easy shopping. Additionally, you will strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include maintaining personal sales goals, ensuring safety and security standards, and assisting with inventory management as needed.
