The Retail Seasonal Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a retail banking environment. This includes performing various customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and selling money orders and cashier's checks. The role requires the ability to effectively use banking technology like teller scanning equipment, cash recycling and dispensing machines, and assisting customers with coin machines. The associate must maintain a balanced cash box, complete end-of-day proof, and ensure compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct and all policies and procedures. Meeting customer expectations and service quality standards is a key responsibility.
