About The Position
Cupid's Closet, known as the 'apple store of adult stores', is seeking enthusiastic retail sales associates to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. Our luxury lingerie and adult store is dedicated to transforming the conversation around sexual wellness and creating a safe, empowering environment for our community. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and fostering an open-minded atmosphere where individuals can embrace their sexuality without embarrassment or shame. As a retail sales associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our mission and values while helping customers navigate our diverse range of products. In this position, you will be part of a small, family-owned business that is growing in an important and evolving industry. Your contributions will directly impact our sales and store goals, as you maximize sales through excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge. You will ensure that every customer has a memorable experience by demonstrating a strong understanding of our offerings and assisting them in making informed choices. Additionally, you will be responsible for various operational tasks, including stocking products, arranging displays, dressing store mannequins, and checking inventory to maintain a premium shopping experience. We are looking for outgoing individuals who are passionate about sexual wellness and eager to learn. You will also support the scheduling needs of the business, ensuring compliance with all time and attendance policies.
