About The Position
The Retail Salesfloor Department Supervisor at Marshalls is responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates are processing efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on creating an excellent customer experience through engagement and maintaining a clean and organized store. The supervisor will also train and mentor associates, monitor productivity, and uphold company policies and standards.
