About The Position

Primary Services is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client's customer service team in North Houston. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn commissions in addition to a competitive hourly wage. The role is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, highly preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, and/or sales functions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with customer service software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and listening skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide courteous, professional support to customers.
• Take payments, answer billing questions, and manage escalated issues.
• Upsell/Promote additional services and special deals.
• Establish a connection with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs.
• Maintain a database of existing customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver accurate information on services and billing.
• Address questions regarding billing, enrollment, and account escalations to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service quality and meet performance goals.
