The ideal Salesperson Stylist is passionate about service and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow meaningful and lasting customer relationships, both digitally and in-store. This role is the first steppingstone to become eligible for our Enhanced Premium Stylist program. A day in the life… Set and achieve sales goals by utilizing our tools to serve our customers on their terms. Enhance your skills in building an appointment-based business. When not with a personal customer, be available for appointments booked through BLVD to create new customer connections. Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events. Be the fashion authority - provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit. Develop your selling skills by serving customers throughout the entire store, at all price points. Grow relationships by introducing customers into the Nordy Club and invite them to take advantage of the benefits of the program throughout the year. You are a part of a selling department team! When not in appointments, you will be floor coverage, have department duties and responsibilities. (Dusting, filling in the floor, maintaining your section, etc.) The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs. This role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into.
