About The Position

COTY is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist (RSS) to join our team in Department Store Team. The RSS role is responsible for delivering daily retail sales goals, and educating, developing and guiding the Coty BA teams to deliver sales results. In this role you will be responsible for: Drive Retail Sales Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual retail sales plans Create memorable experiences for the customer by offering personalized service Develop and build strong relationships with retail partners Drive strong retail results during, visual weeks, new initiatives and promotions Track and record daily sales Expectations Educating clients on the product portfolio and provide exceptional customer service daily. Merchandising excellence at counter and adhering to all hygiene and product presentation standards. Give feedback on customer preferences, competitive information and the execution of events. Build and maintain relationship with the retailer through clear communication and ambition towards achieving shared goals. Adhere to the uniform guidelines. Continual education and training to ensure optimal performance, brand product knowledge, and selling skills. Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality. Our people make us who we are. Requirements

  • 5 years of previous fragrance selling experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and sales events, based on company needs
  • Experience managing a team of 6 or more
  • Ability to manage and inspire teams
  • Ability to pivot and be flexible based on needs of the business
  • Leads by example
  • An understanding of retail sales reports
