Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred
  • 3+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with cash control, inventory management, and store merchandising
  • Must be available for on-site work with flexible scheduling, including weekends

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the retail store, ensuring all operations align with company procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Process customer transactions and handle merchandise returns using POS systems
  • Receive and process freight shipments, stock transfers, and merchandise markdowns
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, ensuring proper inventory levels
  • Prepare and fulfill customer orders and coordinate special sales events
  • Implement floor sets and visual merchandising standards per brand guidelines
  • Manage daily cash control, prepare store orders, and complete inventory paperwork
  • Process Mark Out of Stock (MOS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions
  • Coordinate store maintenance and contribute to overall operational efficiency
