Requirements

  • 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Tech-curious and eager to learn
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • Available to work a consistent 5-shift, 40-hour schedule including weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality roles
  • Sales or service experience in automotive, electronics, or tech-related fields
  • Leadership experience or supervisory growth in past roles
  • A strong desire to grow into roles such as Sales Lead , Store Manager , or Commercial Sales

Responsibilities

  • Assist retail and commercial customers at the counter with product selection and service coordination
  • Recommend battery and lighting solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Create sales quotes and help drive store revenue goals
  • Coordinate in-store services such as battery installation, key fob programming, and phone/tablet repair
  • Maintain inventory organization and store cleanliness
  • Partner with our repair techs and managers to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Participate in training and skill development to grow within the company
