Requirements
- 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Tech-curious and eager to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Available to work a consistent 5-shift, 40-hour schedule including weekend shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality roles
- Sales or service experience in automotive, electronics, or tech-related fields
- Leadership experience or supervisory growth in past roles
- A strong desire to grow into roles such as Sales Lead , Store Manager , or Commercial Sales
Responsibilities
- Assist retail and commercial customers at the counter with product selection and service coordination
- Recommend battery and lighting solutions tailored to customer needs
- Create sales quotes and help drive store revenue goals
- Coordinate in-store services such as battery installation, key fob programming, and phone/tablet repair
- Maintain inventory organization and store cleanliness
- Partner with our repair techs and managers to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Participate in training and skill development to grow within the company
