About The Position

At Northrim Bank, our vision is to be Alaska's premier bank and employer of choice. We are looking for professional and knowledgeable employees who take pride in their work. We believe in providing value for our customers and communities. Are you a banking whiz with a passion for solving problems, empowering teams, and making processes smoother than a fresh stack of hundred-dollar bills? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your leadership, expertise, and customer-first mindset can make a real difference, then we want you on our team! As our Retail Sales & Service Specialist (RSS), you'll be the go-to expert supporting our branches with everything from operational guidance to policy maintenance, exception approvals, training, and-let's be honest-saving the day (a lot). We're not just any bank-we're a place where people come first, innovation is welcomed, and your voice actually matters. This is more than a job. It's a place to grow, lead, and make an impact. Ready to be the hero your branch didn't even know they needed? Apply now and let's make banking better, together.
