About The Position

Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Radford, VA Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected! Requirements

Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
Your high school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service or call center experience
