We are looking for professional, high-energy individuals to join our Miami team and help us deliver an unparalleled retail experience in one of the world’s most vibrant soccer markets. Role Summary The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and superior customer service. You will act as a brand ambassador, engaging with a diverse international clientele to provide expert advice on technical gear and fan apparel. The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of soccer culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years in high-volume retail, luxury sales, or a guest-facing hospitality role.
- A strong foundational knowledge of soccer (global leagues, equipment technology, and heritage) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international demographic.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the Miami market.
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred given our international clientele in Miami; Portuguese is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium shopping experience by proactively assisting guests, identifying their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technical footwear specifications, jersey history, and current global soccer trends (leagues, players, and tournaments).
- Efficiently process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and inventory reporting.
- Ensure the sales floor meets "match-day" standards by restocking merchandise, maintaining organized displays, and upholding brand aesthetic guidelines.
- Operate specialized heat-press machinery to provide high-quality, personalized jersey customization for fans.
- Assist in maintaining store security and inventory integrity through attentive service and adherence to company policies.
