About The Position

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative to join our team. If you are a results-driven individual who understands customer needs and requirements, we want you to join our team!

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a sales representative in a retail environment
• The ability to understand cost, pricing, and margins
• A friendly and engaging demeanor and the ability to present the store and its products in a positive and professional manner
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong phone presence
• Ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and maintaining the sales floor.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
• Maintaining and developing positive business and customer relationships
• Managing quotes using company software and ensuring quotes are profitable using various distribution channels
• Working directly with order entry sales team to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time
• Maintaining a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting
• Communicating a consistent message and utilizing approved marketing materials
• Performing other related duties as assigned
