Sioux Chief Manufacturing is looking for a Retail Sales & Radiant Projects Support Agent to join our growing Retail Sales team. This role plays a key part in managing our in-floor radiant heating program while also supporting retail sales initiatives, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll wear a few hats—and that’s what makes it interesting: Manage retail in-floor radiant heating projects from initial customer contact through radiant layout design Serve as a key support partner to the Retail Sales team to help achieve department goals Assist with retail programs, trade shows, promotions, and product rollouts Maintain and supply accurate product and customer data for retailer portals and websites Help prepare for sales meetings, presentations, plant tours, and customer visits Support new store set-ups and retail launches Occasionally participate in store walks to research competitors, product placement, and retail trends Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys both teamwork and independent problem-solving. Strong listening, writing, and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time-management abilities Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) Willingness to learn technical product knowledge (radiant heating experience is a plus—but not required) Ability to occasionally travel (~10%) and perform hands-on tasks such as lifting products or setting up displays Experience & Education Associate’s degree preferred, but not required Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Experience with LoopCAD Radiant Heating Software is a plus (training provided if needed) We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
