About The Position

As a Fit Expert, you will earn $20.50 per hour (base of $16.50 plus bonuses), while Sales Leads will earn $22.50 per hour (base of $18.50 plus bonuses). This is a sales-based position where you will help customers find their Perfect Fit and make a difference in their lives by promoting a healthy lifestyle. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales for Fit Expert position; seasoned salespeople with 10+ years preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required for Sales Lead; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment for Sales Lead; seasoned salespeople with 10+ years preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
