About The Position

As a Fit Expert, you will earn $20.50 per hour (base of $16.50 plus bonuses), while Sales Leads will earn $22.50 per hour (base of $18.50 plus bonuses). Requirements

• For Fit Expert: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales; seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• For Sales Lead: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred; minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively atmosphere.
