About The Position

As a Fit Expert, you will earn $19.50 per hour, which includes a base pay of $15.50 plus bonuses of $4.00 or more per hour. As a Sales Lead, the pay is $21.50 per hour, with a base of $17.50 plus bonuses of $4.00 or more per hour. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales for Fit Expert
• High School diploma or equivalent required for Sales Lead
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience preferred for Sales Lead
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a lively atmosphere
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Effective interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of sales experience preferred
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university for Sales Lead
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills
