About The Position

As a Fit Expert, you will earn $20.50 per hour (base of $16.50 plus bonuses), while Sales Leads will earn $22.50 per hour (base of $18.50 plus bonuses). This is a sales-based position where you will help customers find their Perfect Fit and make a difference in their lives by promoting a healthy lifestyle. Requirements

• For Fit Expert: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales; seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• For Sales Lead: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred; minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in retail.
• Strong customer experience behaviors and a sense of urgency.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format.
