As a Fit Expert, you will earn $19.50 per hour (base of $15.50 plus bonuses), while Sales Leads will earn $21.50 per hour (base of $17.50 plus bonuses). Responsibilities

• Help customers find their Perfect Fit and make a difference in their lives.
• Achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain an immaculate workplace and contribute to merchandising efforts.
• Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales for Fit Expert; seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required for Sales Lead; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment for Sales Lead; seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
