The position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality, and/or quality. Requires constant interaction with the work group and other departments at the primary work location.

Requirements

No educational prerequisite; however, one must have demonstrated the ability to read, write, perform basic math skills, and record information applicable to the job.
Completion of formal management skills training program.

Responsibilities

Inventories incoming product
Inventories stock to meet consumer demand
Maintains proper rotation and product freshness
Directs stocking of shelves to set standards
Maintains positive relationships with retail customers
Operates cash register and accurately maintains and records sales receipts
Maintains accurate records of inventories, etc.
Serves as Lead person.
Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
Performance of other duties that are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
