Your leadership ensures our team delivers exceptional service while meeting business development goals. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily branch operations, internal controls, and service delivery Leading and coaching retail staff through regular one‑on‑one development Driving sales performance, business development, and referral activity Building strong customer relationships through account opening, follow‑up, and problem resolution Originating consumer loans and guiding customers through the lending process How You’ll Make an Impact Algoma is a community built on relationships and your work will help strengthen them.
