We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager for our Seattle, WA location. About the Position: The candidate will have a proven track record of industry success, exceptional business management, communication, and interpersonal skills. We are passionate about helping customers succeed and we need a dynamic leader to join our team! The scope of this role is responsible for overseeing a retail sales team of inside sales reps (ISRs) for the Washington machinery equipment territory for revenue growth, customer satisfaction and personnel responsibilities. You will be expected to formulate business plans, programs, manage budgets, and identify business and employee needs, ongoing product problems, department processes, business systems or changes in products procedures or services. It will be important to ensure the operation is aligned with Caterpillar and Harnish Group Inc. which requires continuing evaluation of statistical reports to determine the performance and the necessary recommendations to keep the performance at expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or ten years related experience including five years of supervisory or management experience and five years progressive sales experience or a combination of both.
  • Vast knowledge of the machinery industry.
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Leadership skills for managing staff
  • Demonstrate action-oriented results in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • competitive salary plus bonus, range from $138,500 to 169,300 per year
