Your day will be a mix of high-energy customer interaction and strategic business operations:
Requirements
- Precision-Driven Leader: You bring a high level of attention to detail and natural leadership qualities, ensuring every setup that leaves the shop is dialed in for total accuracy.
- Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need.
- Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class.
- Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors.
- Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.
