What You’ll Do As College and Youth Pro Clothing Manager, you are the face of the SCHEELS experience. Your day will be a mix of high-energy customer interaction and strategic business operations: Be the Expert: Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need. Drive the Business: Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class. Own the Floor: Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors. Never Stop Learning: Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.

Requirements

  • Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
