Requirements

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder or aerial lifting device.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
  • May be required to submit relevant state mandated clearances to supervise minors.

Responsibilities

  • Directly impact the execution of brand standards and teammate experience.
  • Serve as the in-store expert of their business/department.
  • Deliver the best service to customers and provide direction to teammates.
  • Support building and hiring a strong team by observing in-store interviews and department tours.
  • Build a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate in the store.
  • Plan, organize, and control store operations 30 days in advance.
  • Leverage teammates to ensure brand standards are met and tasks are prioritized.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Assist store leadership with general supervision in accordance with company policies.
  • Train teammates on company procedures and programs.
  • Prioritize coaching and developing oneself and others.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety and loss prevention.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
  • Support the team across the store as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
