About The Position

The Full-Time Retail Sales Lead at Fabletics is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in a retail environment while supporting sales and operational functions. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and collaborating with the Store Manager and team to achieve business goals. The Sales Lead will utilize technology to enhance the shopping experience and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, and Nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with large teams.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on customer experience expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to facilitate easy shopping and enhance the customer journey.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Achieve personal sales goals and maintain safety and security standards.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required, which may weigh between 10-30 lbs.
