About The Position
The Retail Sales Keyholder at The Spice & Tea Exchange plays a crucial role in delivering an engaging and flavorful experience to guests at the Disney Springs store. This position is not just about sales; it embodies the mission of creating and sharing the experience of a more flavorful life. As a keyholder, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest receives a stellar experience from the moment they step into the store. This includes greeting guests, answering questions about products, and establishing rapport to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth advertising. You will also maintain merchandise and product inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing. In addition to customer service, the Retail Sales Keyholder will contribute to daily store operations by leading by example and acting as a brand ambassador. This includes managing cash register operations, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring that all cash handling procedures are followed. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the same high level of service to our guests.
