About The Position

The Retail Sales Keyholder at Pendleton Woolen Mills is a part-time position focused on driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail inventory software.
• Understanding of POS systems and other software used by the stores.

Responsibilities

• Support the company expectation and achieve sales and profitability through driving product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store visual objectives and housekeeping expectations.
• Monitor store email and react to business-critical directives.
• Provide positive feedback and encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors.
• Communicate consistently with store management both verbally and in writing.
• Responsible for shift opening and closing store functions, ensuring preparedness and security.
• Create and execute daily planner and communicate expectations with staff.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and ensure store team compliance.
• Complete sales transactions efficiently from end to end.
• Escalate store issues in a timely manner and recommend improvements.
