The ideal Indochino salesperson at Nordstrom is passionate about menswear, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives through the quality of their craft. As an Indochino salesperson at Nordstrom, you will be an expert on Indochino style, design, quality, and service, you will drive business by consistently providing exceptional customer experience to all new and existing clients while also supporting the overall Indochino shop.

Responsibilities

  • Strong selling skills, passion for menswear, and experience working in a clientele-based environment.
  • Set and achieve goals.
  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
  • Measure customers for size, fit garments on customers, and mark areas requiring alterations.
  • Educate customers and employees on proper fit, style, construction and trend in a professional and friendly manner (including training of non-Indochino Shop employees).
  • Actively build and maintain product knowledge through an awareness of fit, style, construction and trends.
  • Perform fittings according to Nordstrom and Indochino guidelines and service standards.
  • Maintain visual standards of the Indochino Shop.
  • Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise.
  • Grow sales by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
  • Give the best service to our customers on their terms which may require all employees to be flexible and open to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into.
