About The Position

Marion Goodwill Industries is seeking a Sales Floor Associate to help maintain an organized store and assist shoppers throughout their visit. This is an entry-level retail role with paid training and clearly defined responsibilities.

If you have experience in grocery, stocking, food service, or customer-facing roles, this position offers a structured setting without commission sales or quota pressure.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Support customers on the sales floor and at checkout as needed
• Support checkout operations when needed
• Promote in-store programs and initiatives
• Restock and rotate merchandise
• Return items to the sales floor and assist with product rotation
• Support store promotions, signage, and seasonal displays
• Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized
• Follow store policies and safety procedures
