About The Position

The Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T is an opportunity to advance a sales career by creating meaningful connections with customers. Consultants will leverage AT&T’s full range of products and services, including the latest devices, to meet sales targets and earn commission. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. It operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. AT&T provides comprehensive training and coaching for individuals without prior sales experience to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities

  • Create meaningful connections with every customer using personalized sales expertise.
  • Meet sales targets and earn commission.
