About The Position

This Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T is designed for individuals passionate about sales and customer connection. The primary objective is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized sales expertise to help them choose from AT&T's extensive range of products and services, including the latest devices. Consultants are expected to meet sales targets and earn commission through a consultative sales approach on the sales floor. Beyond in-store interactions, the role involves participating in community events, processing online orders, and conducting outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position operates within a fast-paced retail environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to keep pace with technological advancements and evolving customer demands.
