This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role aims to elevate your sales career by creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. You will meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. You will also be involved in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work schedule is between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but comprehensive tools, training, and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience to help meet and exceed goals.
